	Help I can't login, what can I do?

Click here to login to diydating webmaster area. From here you can login to either an individual site or a master account.

When you go to the login page you are presented with a screen that allows you to enter a Username / Hostname and Password. On this page there is also an option to 'Switch to a Secure' page. This option is provided for your security and will allow you to login in to via an encrypted connection.

If you wish to use the 'Switch to a Secure' page option then just click on this link. Once you select 'Switch to Secure' a pop up box will appear. You will have to click 'OK' to accept our 'self signed certificate' and proceed with the login.

To login to a master account enter your username and password in the boxes provided.

To login to an individual site enter the hostname and password for that site in the boxes provided.

When creating your site your hostname will be the name/title of your site, for example if you use the free sub domain 123dating.diydating.com this is your hostname. A common problem with failed logins is users entering "www." before there hostname, this wont work and will result in a failed login unless you created your site with the hostname www.123dating.diydating.com .

Admin area passwords are case sensitive, i.e. PaSsWoRd is different to password. Remember to match up the case correctly when entering your password, maybe caps lock is on?

If you forget your login details, you can either retrieve your password by having it emailed to you via the lost password form or you can contact us directly via the feedback form.
